I ship worldwide. To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product(s) to your shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method on the next screen. I use PostNL services for international shipping and CDEK for domestic orders.
All orders are shipped from Russia. Please allow 5-10 days to process your order. Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day. I will ship the package by first class airmail after the order is made and give you a tracking number after sending. Deliveries usually take 8–12 days after processing to arrive in Europe and 3-5 weeks to the other countries.
**DUE TO COVID 19 AND THE OVERLOADED MAIL SYSTEM, PLEASE PLAN ON SHIPMENTS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL. FOR ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE TRANSIT TIME CAN TAKE EVEN UP TO 7 WEEKS. **

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES
Please, be aware of your country’s customs, import taxes and charges. The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply to the purchase of international goods based on your country’s import laws and regulations. Check with your local postal authority before ordering if you are unsure, because every country is different.
SHIPMENTS TO WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER
For the successful delivery, be sure to double check that you give a correct shipping address and contact details, including phone number and email address.
If for some reason your order is completed with an incorrect address, just let me know and I will correct it before the package is mailed. Contact me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please include your order number, your full name and the correct shipping address. Please note that I won’t be able to cancel or modify your order after your parcel has been shipped.
If the package is already mailed to you with an incorrect address or is returned to me due to the same reason, you can contact me to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements as well. If the item has already been delivered, I’m unable to refund the order or ship a new one.
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, I can’t issue a refund unless the package returns back to Little Pin Studio. Once the package returns, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only (minus Shipping & Handling).

Each order is packaged as thoughtfully as possible. My embroidered collars are shipped in a linen pouch and a cardboard box. Each box will be shipped safely in a kraft box with craft paper filler and wrapped in a tissue paper. Each set of 10 wooden bobbins comes with a handmade linen pouch. I also love to include a few little gifts to bring you a bit of excitement when you unwrap your package.
If an item is damaged, stolen, or lost after it leaves our hands please let us know. It is the responsibility of the carrier at that point, but we will help you navigate the situation in any way we can.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it, please contact me within 48hrs of placing your order.
I am sorry, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I want you to be happy about your purchase so let me know if there is any way I can help you! If you receive a damaged item, please contact me with a photo of the damages to make a claim for a replacement.
